Built-environment assessment

Read the space you live or work in.

Every room is already telling you something — how the light falls, where the air moves, how the layout works against you, what the water and the carbon are doing. SPACES reads it across five dimensions and hands you a written report you can act on.

What we read

Five dimensions. One space.

We read the same five things in every space — the ones that decide whether it is healthy, comfortable and cheap to run, or quietly working against you. Each one is measured, not guessed.

01 Daylight How much natural light reaches each part of the space, and where it is missing or harsh through the day.
02 Air Cross-ventilation, fresh-air paths and stale pockets — how the space breathes without leaning on machines.
03 Layout How the plan supports the way you actually live or work — flow, adjacency and the rooms that fight each other.
04 Water Where water comes in, where it goes, and what could be caught, reused or recharged instead of lost.
05 Carbon The running energy and embodied footprint of the space — and the lowest-effort moves that bring both down.
The deliverable

A fixed-scope read, delivered as a report.

SPACES is a defined assessment, not an open-ended consultation. You know exactly what is examined and exactly what you receive — a written report you can keep, share and act on without us in the room.

  • 01
    The five-dimension read

Daylight, air, layout, water and carbon assessed for your specific space and site.

  • 02
    Findings in plain language

What is working, what is costing you, and what is quietly hurting comfort or health — said clearly.

  • 03
    A reduce-first action list

Changes ordered cheapest-and-least-invasive first, so you rebuild only as a last resort.

  • 04
    Sourced estimates

Numbers grounded in published Indian building-science references — planning estimates, not guarantees.

Fixed scope

One space, one report.

Built for a home, an office floor or a society common area. Defined in, defined out — so there are no moving goalposts and no surprises.

Method

Read it. Report it. Change the least.

The same order every time. We name what the space is doing before anyone touches it, and we change the cheapest things first.

Step 01
Read
The five dimensions, measured against your space and its climate — not a style preference.
Step 02
Report
Findings and a reduce-first action list, written so you can act on them without us present.
Step 03
Change the least
Behaviour and small fixes first, systems next, building work only when nothing smaller will do.
