Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). We would rather collect less and be trusted than collect more.

1. What we collect
- Information you give us — such as your name, email and message when you contact us, join a list, or apply to a practice.
- Payment information — when you pay, the transaction is processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details; we receive only confirmation and basic order data.
- Technical information — standard server and analytics data (such as device type, approximate region and pages visited) to keep the site working and understand what is useful.
- Assessment inputs — the quick “read of your life” on our site runs entirely in your browser. Those answers are not saved or sent to us unless you choose to share them.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to you, and to provide and improve the practices you ask for.
- To process payments and deliver what you have purchased.
- To keep the service secure, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We use your data for these stated purposes only. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising on our platform.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run LIVOLVE, under their own terms:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional and list email.
- Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
- Analytics and infrastructure providers, where used, on a need-to-know basis.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
4. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you may request to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email connect@livolve.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
5. Keeping it safe & how long
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Children
LIVOLVE is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children without verifiable parental consent as required by the DPDP Act.
7. Grievance Officer
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer at connect@livolve.com (subject: “Grievance — Privacy”). We will acknowledge and work to resolve it in line with the DPDP Act.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform and the law evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
