These terms govern your use of livolve.com and the practices offered on it. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What LIVOLVE is

LIVOLVE provides evidence-based tools, assessments, reports and programmes to help you live and build well. It supports your judgement; it does not replace it. Nothing on LIVOLVE is medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

2. Using the site

• Use LIVOLVE lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service or other users.
• If you create any account or submit information, you are responsible for keeping it accurate and for activity under it.
• We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the service to maintain or improve it.

3. Purchases & payment

• Prices and what is included are shown on the relevant practice or product page, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.
• Payments are processed securely by our partner Razorpay. By paying, you also accept Razorpay's terms for that transaction.
• Many of our products are delivered as written, productised deliverables or digital programmes. The scope of each is described on its page.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The LIVOLVE name, the practices, the methods (including LIFE Ingineering and the LIFE method), content and design are owned by LIFE Pvt Ltd. Deliverables we prepare for you are licensed for your own use; you may not resell or redistribute our materials without written permission. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited right to use it to provide the service.

5. Honest limits & liability

We build on demonstrated evidence and make no promise of any particular outcome — results depend on your own effort and circumstances. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to other sites and tools (for example our payment, email and hosting partners). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
