Refund & Cancellation

We want you to pay only for value you actually receive. This policy explains when you can cancel and when a refund applies. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions.
The short version. If work on your order has not yet begun, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a productised deliverable has been started or delivered, it cannot be refunded — because the work is already done. If something is wrong with what we delivered, we will fix it.
1. Written & productised deliverables (e.g. GREEN, SPACES reports)
- Before work begins — cancel within 7 days of purchase, and if we have not yet started, you receive a full refund.
- After work begins — once we have started preparing your deliverable, the order is non-refundable, as the effort has been committed.
- If the deliverable is faulty or not as described — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise it, or where we cannot, refund the affected portion.
2. Programmes & cohorts (e.g. START)
- You may cancel for a full refund any time before the programme or cohort begins.
- Once it has begun, fees are non-refundable, as your place and materials are reserved.
3. Subscriptions & recurring tools
- You can cancel a recurring plan at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund part-used periods unless required by law.
4. How to request
Email connect@livolve.com with your order details and reason (subject: “Refund request”). We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
Where a specific product page states different refund terms, those stated terms apply to that product. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.
