When does START open?
The first cohort opens once the engineering architecture is fully shipped and the platform is operational. Waitlist members are notified first, with a written intake invitation before the public launch. No firm date is promised — the platform ships when it's ready, and the waitlist is where readiness is announced.
Why "engineering" instead of "consulting"?
Consulting describes a relationship and an hourly model. Engineering describes a method and an outcome. START engagements are scoped, written, and outcome-anchored — closer to a build than a conversation. Each phase produces a deliverable artefact, not a meeting summary.
Why no discovery calls?
An architectural decision. The intake is written: you answer a structured set of questions, we respond in writing with a fit assessment and engagement proposal. Calls drift. Written intake forces precision in the questions, the answers, and the resulting scope.
