SPACES · Zero-Waste Rooms

The rooms you live in, engineered.

Your pooja room, your kitchen, your living room — each one is quietly shaping the air you breathe, the light you get and the calm you don't. We hand you a build-ready plan for each: cleaner air, better light, safe materials, nothing wasted. Your own contractor builds it. Fixed price. No site visit, no calls.

SPACES · the ladderReduce, reuse and recycle before you ever rebuild.
1 · Reduce — free 2 · Reuse — free 3 · Recycle — low cost 4 · Regenerate 5 · Rebuild — last resort

Most rooms get cooler, cleaner and calmer with changes that cost nothing — start there. Get the free SPACES Read → These packs are for rungs 4–5: once you've read the room and done what's free, and it genuinely needs building work.

You don't get a mood board. You get a plan your contractor can build.

Every room pack is the same four-part, build-ready set — the engineering, scoped down to a product and delivered as one digital pack. No on-site visit, no design retainer, no calls. You hand it to the carpenter or contractor you already use, and they follow it exactly.

01 · METHOD BRIEF

The approach, in plain English

Why this room behaves the way it does — its air, its light, its materials — and the engineering logic behind every move we recommend. No jargon you have to decode.

02 · SPECIFICATION

The measurable targets

Ventilation and daylight sized to your room, the material classes that are safe to breathe around, and the performance the finished room should hit — written so a contractor can quote against it.

03 · DESIGN PACK

Layout + materials list

A room layout and a clear bill of materials sized to your actual space — what goes where, in what quantity, to what standard.

04 · SOURCING & BUILD GUIDE

Where to buy, how to build

Vetted material classes and where to source them in India, the step-by-step sequence your contractor follows, and a sign-off checklist so you can confirm it was done right.

We plan, your contractor builds. SPACES is the engineering and the design — not the installation. You keep control of cost and your own trusted hands do the work. That's why it's fixed-price and fully remote.

Three rooms. Three packs. One price each.

Start with the one room that bothers you most, or do the whole home together. Each pack is fixed-scope and delivered in five working days.

₹24,000
save ₹4,000 vs. buying separately

Why these rooms, and why this way.

The packs aren't taste. They're built on the same engineering and building science behind our full SPACES work — air, light and materials you can measure, not decorate.

Air you breathe

Cleaner air, two ways

Low-VOC finishes stop indoor pollutants off-gassing in the first place. The right plants then keep working on what's left — snake plant pulls formaldehyde and benzene, peace lily handles ammonia, bamboo palm clears xylene. Placed by function, not for looks.

Light & calm

Rooms that settle you

Daylight access and natural-material textures measurably lower stress — environmental-psychology research consistently finds the nervous system settles more in rooms built from natural materials than synthetic ones. We design for it deliberately.

Nothing wasted

Built once, built right

A material audit and a circular sourcing list mean the room is built from durable, low-tox, traceable materials — cork, bamboo, reclaimed wood, lime plaster — and what comes out is reused or recycled, not dumped.

How it works.

Three steps, fully remote. You never have to be on a call or wait for a site visit.

You share

  • Photos of the room
  • A floor plan or a quick hand sketch
  • What bothers you about the room today
  • A short questionnaire

You receive the pack

  • Method brief
  • Specification with measurable targets
  • Design pack — layout + materials list
